Ronald Bzdok, according to an agreement of pleads and sentences, will plead guilt to the charges of felony murder in second degree.
AITKIN – A Buffalo resident aged 25 has filed in Aitkin County District Court a petition on September 1, to enter guilty pleas for his father’s murder 2022.
Ronald Joseph Bzdok was charged in October with murdering his father Daniel Bzdok at the cabin near Palisade. Ronald Bzdok’s criminal case for the crime had been scheduled to begin in Aitkin County, Minnesota in October.

Bzdok would plead guilty and be sentenced for 306 months in prison.
There was no information available about the acceptance of a plea deal and guilty plea by Judge David F. Hermerding on Friday. Hermerding has ordered an investigation into the presentence and in court records, a date of October 13 was given for sentencing in Aitkin County.
Court documents state that Daniel Bzdok and Ronald Bzdok from Buffalo went to their trailer cabin at Fleming Lake south of Palisade in Fleming Township on the 22nd of July 2022.
Daniel Bzdok has not been heard of since July 23rd, 2022. Daniel Bzdok drove a Buick LeSabre, and authorities learned that he was known to have brought his handgun of.22 calibre to the cabin. A Wright County missing persons investigation was conducted on him.
Daniel Bzdoks brother, who was worried about Daniel Bzdoks well-being after numerous phone calls that went unanswered, checked out the cabin July 26th 2022. After finding the door to the cabin padlocked with no vehicles in sight, he decided to leave.
Aitkin County Sheriff’s Deputy responded on the 27th of July 2022 to find Daniel Bzdok. He walked to the front of the cabin where he saw, through a window with a big opening, a body lying on the table.
Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension responded with a crime scene team to the house. Investigators found that most windows of the trailer were dark and obscured.
A driver’s permit photo was used by the authorities to identify the victim. A graham-cracker was in the hand of the victim, who was facing the television. He had a single bullet wound on the back his head. According to authorities, a single.22 calibre shell casing had been found near the victim.
BCA Special Agents found Daniel Bzdok’s note, which stated that Ronald Bzdok was suspected of stealing from Daniel Bzdok. Daniel Bzdok planned on reporting them to law enforcement as well as obtaining a restraint order.
Ronald Bzdok has been arrested by the Wright County Sheriff’s Office on the 23rd of July 2022, the same date that Daniel Bzdok last appeared in the media. He was driving the vehicle owned by the victim and had a.22 caliber pistol in his possession. The arrest took place at 7:23 in the evening for driving with alcohol, drug possession, driving without ignition interlock, and possession of firearms by a felon.
When investigators searched Ronald Bzdok’s possessions, they found a Cabela’s credit card, along with a keyring which contained keys for a Ford and Buick as well as gun safe and other keys.
Criminal Record
Ronald Bzdok, a former defendant of Ronald Bzdok, was convicted previously in 2020 on a grossly misdemeanor DWI charge for refusing to take a chemical examination and in February on a felony theft charged by deception. This conviction was a result of a theft report at Holiday gas stations in Medina. The complaint states that he returned merchandise to the store fraudulently without buying it, which resulted to a business loss of $221.62.
